Unable to claim reward of Carina challengers part 1

Hi There,

I just completed the challenge "Defeat: Diablo" with the team tagged carina challengers but I am unable to claim my reward.

I completed diablo with void. My team for the run was : Warlock void, diablo, moleman and falcon.

Is there anything am missing or any game issues. Any help appreciated here.

Just happened to me also. My team was CB, Void, Moleman, Falcon, and G99. Defeated Diablo with avoid and nothing.

Yes, it's weird. I saw Kt1 stream after defeating Omega sentinel he was able to claim the reward for P1. @spcedog

I have stopped my run for until @kabam confirms is this correct or we are missing anything.

Yes. Too much revives for nothing if it goes wrong.

Hello. Unfortunately there is no way for us to fix this mid run for a large group of players so you should all just finish the challenge. We will complete the whole chain via a compensation for anybody who did it before it was fixed. It should be working now for anybody that is not past the Diablo fight.

Just make sure guilly has 100 combo for ibom then hes a easy solo diablo easy solo squirrel i just star lord silver cent guilly lost combo here as kept using sp1 to keep power at 1 and so he doesnt keep pausing the lock on easy spidey 2099 and sunspot also easy fight just time specials but depends who u have most of mine are r5a or r2 7 plus

Bendy, is your void awakened? I have 7* unawakened void, and trying to figure out if he's good enough for the diablo fight.

Also, if you use g2099 for ibom, doesn't he build up too many poisons on himself? How do you control that?
