Missing New Carina Challenge Rewards…

Hey, so I complete part 1 of the #Carina Challengers Challenge but I didn’t get the reward for completion. I’ve seen others like MSD doubling up champions (6 star & 7 star) and still getting rewards. Am I the only one this has happened to? Also, I sent in a ticket at 2:32 pm today and still no response…My proof of completion is attached
