It seems like you don't need to claim the rewards of the first part of the objective in order to do the second part. So if your sigs are maxed you can claim them afterwards.

    Are there any other NEW OBJECTIVES with multiple Levels ? (to test that out with others)

    Maybe (?) a new change for Objectives, since that always seems to trip some people up in the past ?

    Don't know if there are any new objectives like this but I remember past side quests which had multi level objectives also functioning like this.

    This function never worked like this could be due to them fixing the issue possibly but normally u would have to claim previous to see next
