It means you possibly broke one of the rules of the ToS. Did it give a section number on the message?

This game has a lot of random, but random bans are not a thing.

    You were banned because:

    a) you cheated.

    b) you shared your account with someone who cheated.

    c) you violated the rules, used emulators, used game mods, allowed others to play content in your account, or did something else to draw negative attention to yourself.

Seven day ban is usually a first time offense for something not overly terrible. My guess would be account sharing. You gave your password to someone else, maybe an alliance mate, maybe to help you in AQ or AW, and Kabam detected that.

It could be other things though. That's just the most common one I can think of.

    Or

    d) sometimes the game team gets it wrong and accidentally bans people. It has happened and even been acknowledged by the moderators who helped fix it on occasion.

Granted it's rare but it does happen. And not saying OP is innocent. But mistakes happen and people should be given the benefit of the doubt.
