They're kind of in a no-win situation right now. Come out swinging and look like jerks, come out apologetic and look out of touch. They've got to first process the feedback (which seems unanimous at this stage) and then figure out a realistic and reasonable solution. I'd honestly be shocked if there is one, because it needs to be a significant step toward the players.

Or ignore the issue until it goes away (this one seems the likely choice).

Of course they won’t - its a multi million dollar cash pot game funded entirely by the player base - why would they take the time to answer the communities outrage and mass disappointment when they can just ignore it til next week. The only consistent thing about Kabams responses is that they’re slow and out of touch with the people that pay their wages. Unfortunately until we all stop giving them money nothing will change.

last year they didn't do anything so i will doubt they will do anything right now.. even though last year also had a lot of backlash for the **** milestone rewards, the crystals were better at the time tho funnily enough.

It’s just crazy why are they so stingy. Sometimes if you give players good prizes they may be inclined to spend more. I don’t understand a company not wanting to give players a bang for there buck. Who wants to be kicked in the nards when spending your hard earned money. 300 units for t5cc brilliant marketing strategy

1. Kabam is just a studio. They don't get the money from the sales. They're owned by Netmarble.
2. In situations like this, there is isn't anything to do. Kabam Pinwheel has already asked for people to leave constructive feedback but hardly any of you can do that. You'd rather trash and badmouth everything and everyone instead of leaving feedback that's valuable. They are probably sifting through feedback and taking it in and will formulate a response later.
3. The game is free 2 play and backed by Marvel. It's one of the best Marvel games for mobile.

It's fine to be mad and it's fine to want to complain but you're not giving anything of value for them. You're probably more or less headed for a forum ban than anything at this point.

honestly i feel a bit betrayed by the company and especially kabam crashed, who was literally saying how these crystals have way less filler in them, yet i felt like all of the 40+ crystals i opened in total had 90% filler. I only formed ONE T4A, The other one i got from a milestone, i couldn't even get to the 2 T4A milestone because i didn't have any more units and they were saying how this year Uncollected(i might be misremembering) would be able to get enough T4A to rank 3 two 7star champions???? I was barely able to rank 3 ONE.

can read feedback but just said it already that’s there won’t be any changes because if there is people who oppen there need to get those back

There being a calendar every year doesn't mean there's always a calendar. Things changed, events change. This event used to be based on gifting, now it's not.

The frustrating part is you continuing to ask for something he clearly states would come later.

As someone who left a bunch of feedback last year… what’s it matter? We were told it would be different shortly after the event last year. We got all the hype that it would be better than last year in recent livestreams …. And this is what we got.

This is how they want the event. Top progression players are wasting units going deep in crystals. It’s just time to come to terms this is a newer account holiday event. The rest of us get a boring holiday event that used to be the highlight of the year.

It’s pretty simple . They are waiting to see if people are spending money on the offers despite the event being underwhelming. If people are then the complaints are irrelevant. If they aren’t they will probably beef up the Christmas gift and maybe do some other bonuses

Oh, fantastic, another encore performance of last year’s “Selective Deafness at the Banquet.” Truly groundbreaking. First, they play mute for a week like it’s some avant-garde art piece, then swoop in with a dramatic “we took lessons” statement, only to serve us this at this year’s banquet? Bravo! Your feedback? Wow, it’s about as useful as a raincoat in a desert. Maybe next year they can skip the charade and just send us all an invite to their next masterclass on how to waste everyone’s time, effort and money.
