I have submitted the req 4 times to bring back that specific profile pic in the pf store... I really love that art... I appreciate your art team and respect ... Due to some reasons I was unable to buy that at that time , plz bring back that art

    Dude I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. Pfp work on rotating basis. U cant request any specific pfp to be back. Maybe wait and see if its back in the store in the future.

    Although you can send support tickets with game suggestions, these are not the kinds of things customer support can either act upon or really respond to meaningfully. They just pass them along. Support primarily deals with problems, not suggestions.

    Second, every year (most of) the dev team takes a two week vacation around Christmas/New Year. They aren’t likely to be in a position to respond to your request for a while either way. There is some minimal support staff to deal with problems and emergencies, but not normal development activity. Even if a dev shows up on the forums, it is on their own personal time.

    Third, rewards like that tend to exist on a schedule that is planned quite a ways out in advance. They aren’t likely to change that schedule just because one person wants to see something return. In fact, part of the reason why things exist on a time schedule is to create that sense that people are getting limited opportunities that they have to decide upon, because they won’t just get them whenever they want. Having said that, there’s no harm in asking, if enough people ask they might consider it down the road. Just don’t expect an immediate reply, or immediate action.
