    in game mail i haved no received my holyday gift only show the msg but no gift

    Were you looking at your STASH - REWARDS prior to that, and maybe claimed it there because it was something you saw there.

    Then when you go to Mail, the message itself is still there, but the reward/gift is no longer there (because you claimed it from somewhere else before looking in Mail).
