2024 Holiday GIft

Hi Summoners. Is there any way we could trace back our activity in our account? Cuz in my issue I do receive the email of the holiday gift but I choose not to claim it yet. And after that, the claim gift button on the email is gone and I still not get my holiday gift. Now, I want to know/trace if maybe I accidentally claim the gift. But if so, I still not choose the level though.

Were you in there looking at unclaimed Banquet Milestones, and claimed your Holiday Present while you were in there ?
