Trying to understand, why this dude wanna report me. Are these fights not believable?! Or is he just pissed that he got beat by a smaller account ?

But you brought up the cheat part.
But also please remember to not include account names with accusations like this.
Get the name off now.
But that's not a you problem.
Any more than using Enchantresss as defender, or Bullseye, etc, etc.
(and, if I use Enchantress, it's only AFTER I have won a FIRST ROUND fight. Don't want to waste either of our time by potentially having it dragged out to a 3rd fight if I were to lose #2)

Some of these people who say they were unfairly banned are also people who did something like cheat through necropolis thinking they'll just suffer a 7-30 day ban and then get to play with their new toys they got from their cheats afterwards not knowing that cheating necro is permaban territory.
Besides that I can only think of a handful of mistaken bans. The ones I know about personally (because I worked to help get them reversed) were due to a player playing on an advance copy of a new phone that wasn't shipping yet (and thus appeared to be a modified phone), a couple people who ran into oddities regarding very special travel conditions, and of course our resident speed demon Cantona (who literally tripped automated cheat detectors several times by playing the game faster than was originally thought possible by the anti-cheat systems designers). A couple others I can't (or rather shouldn't) discuss. This is super super super rare, and always involved very unusual circumstances.
The vast majority of people who complain about mistaken bans are later revealed to have not just broken the rules, but done so in laughably obvious ways (to the devs anyway).
I believe that a lot of people feel like they can challenge their bans due to timing. Sometimes the devs ban an account for violations significantly after the conduct took place, either because it takes a while to investigate or the violation is uncovered as part of an unrelated investigation. So many players who break the rules think the ban "comes out of nowhere" and think they can bluff their way past it if they just deny it happened and challenge anyone to prove it did.
Or, you know, sometimes cheaters are not above lying.
I'm consider buying plat track and r3 her since I like mutant in general and her vfx looks great.
