maybe they'll reconsider expiration dates fairness from now on

I purchased the platinum track pass and after a few days I bought 4x 7 days boosts

paragon currently, i'm in act 8 on my way to become Valiant

playing for 4yrs so I enjoy opening crystals, that's why i bought stuff, rewards were more preferable at Paragon lvl for me, Milestone 84 is the only one providing something extra

well Milestone 84 only had 7 days in stash to be claimed and i had to take the loss and not lose Dazzler

below is the last official reply from Kabam:

this is not about whys and giving me advice on spending, it's about a transaction with unfair conditions as the track is still going for another 2 more months

this situation and the banquet made the 10th anniversary a complete miss

It's a default response made by a team that has little idea how certain things in the game actually work. You will still be able to claim the items after they have expired from your stash. Whenever there is a second avenue for claiming rewards outside of the stash, and that avenue exists beyond the timer, then you will be able to claim those items after the timer expires. In this case, the double track still has over 2 months left, and that milestone will sit there until you claim it.

And it will be forever because it is generally, technically true. In the case of your particular issue, the official reply is officially incorrect.

I let t6cc x2 expire from overflow.
I can still claim it as the banquet event is still live.
I will claim it later, don't need it atm, as long as I can access it.

Same goes for platinum track.

I see Kabam has written generic answer to how expiration works. But they appreciated your continued passion and support so be glad.

the forum was NOT the only place I asked and between confusing info of it expiring and not AND no official reply in days

now i have the experience with it...

i'll take the loss as it was never about the money itself but the fact that spending money is punished, in my case

Does Spending money saves you from making uninformed and wrong decisions? It's on you mate. The mistakes are not planning ahead and thinking you have the power over simple tasks.

The only thing forms is absolutely bad is in giving thier opinion in champions.
Everything else is resolved with the helps of players who are active in all these discussions.

For one last time, You can still claim it from the platinum track even if it expired in overflow.
You are not the first one with this question which you are thinking is unique to you.
That's where the experience from forum members helps the general player questions.

You were told time and time and time again in these very forums exactly how this worked, and that you would be able to claim it later on.
You chose to come here, get multiple answers to your question, then not bother to listen to players who have been playing the game for years, and claimed the dazzle anyways.

nobody said anything significant until I pushed the issue, if y'all so helpful, this sure was a miss

plus, information from here, alliance with vets and other social media was 100% contradictory without any official reply in days

My guy your spending money on a mobile game that gets updated monthly and everything bought is outdated in 6 months to a year. It's your choice. But if you want to spend your money on a game that guarantees exactly what you pay for and won't upend your account every 6 months, console games like rpgs and what not may be more your speed.

an ongoing event should be clear that the reward is available even when they expire in stash

it took all this for it to be made clear, plenty have said claim it before expiration so not to lose Dazzler, were they new players too i wonder

my spending is not the issue here, it's how the game is managed because there's no transparency with this

There are other post in past where Kabam confirmed rewards dont expire if "you have option to claim it later in game". And you are not getting guessed opinions, you are getting information about the result of such situation from the players who already know and tested it.

I have battleground alliance milestones expired in stash, and I can still claim those via event screen.
