My 7 star Champs Rating Decrease before entering a quest

Before joining any quest my 7 star champs Rating increases almost 1k and whenever I saw my champ rating by tapping on "champions" icon or in "Profile" their rating decreases almost 1k.. damn it

    Man check there i didn't even put my champs in slots so how the f synergies will make or activate

    it might be that the saga pi boost is not applying (at least not visually) in all areas?

    just tried og spidey (saga) and his ‘changed’, while gambit (non-saga) did not.

    Idk but there's another issue that's nothing to do with saga is my top champs are sunspot(36.5k) domino(33k) hit monkey (30.9k) and last doom(30.9k) but when I checked my profile with my alt account it's showing sunspot(35k) domino(32k) onslaught(29k) and doom (30k) it's not showing my hitmonkey that have even higher pi than onslaught and also decreased my PI by POV of my alt account but remains same when I check with my main account... My question is how the F onslaught takes 3rd place even tho his PI is only 29k why not doom is on that place and also where's my hitmonkey? And why my PI decreased in the Pov of my alt account(not only on my alt account even in the whole global it's showing sunspot, domino, onslaught and doom)

    (1), well, first (0), no need to use profanities against people trying to help, even if they are wrong.

    (1) correct, it is NOT from synergies because you hadn’t loaded champs onto team yet.
    But, YES (as someone else said), it is SAGA CHAMPS, who get a Boost when used in a lot of content (but not all content).
    Your regular roster screen would not show them with Saga Boosted rating, because you’re not actually in such affected content at that time.
    But when Team Building for Saga Boosted content, your champs would then show with their Saga boosted rating.

    (2) How you view your own roster, versus how others can see your (well, just top-4) champs. One is based on their Base PRESTIGE, the other is based on their FULL RATING (Masteries included).
    Has always (or at least for a majority of the game's lifetime) been like that.
    Which, besides for their stated numbers, can also affect how they are sorted (Masteries can have greater affect on some champs versus other champs).
