Maybe it's just a matter of poorly phrased communication so I will refrain from criticizing it too harshly until I actually see the details in-game, but I kinda want to scream "where's my remaining units at?"
Also - no clear details about how the two different types of sigil credits currently available will be converted. I think I noticed a mention of 1:1 conversion for greater ones, what about the not-greater ones?
Plus : not sure many will care about this micro-cost optimization but with the current version of the sigil you can cover 6 weeks with one purchase, this makes the cost of this new subscription model 50% bigger. Cost increase coupled with questionable improvements make this a fail for me (at least at first glance). Highly disappointed with this overly hyped revamp. At least throw in a "free mastery loadout switch" perk to make it more interesting.

It’ll now be available in the online store btw. I’m in the UK so being able to pay in USD with my card (no forex fees on it) will actually reduce the price. You’ll likely be able to do the same in NZ. You also get extra units and other bonuses when buying through the online store, so that’s what I’d do if I were you!

The problem is everything is only at one level. So for conqueror, it's probably their first access to trading in for 6* crystals at all. Hopefully it will adjust for higher progressions, but it doesn't show that here so there is reasonable doubt for that. If all this stuff is just available at one level and reasonable at one level, then the overall trade store is incredibly worthless. But we will find out.

Because that's simply not how this game has been played for 10 years. It's an random champion acquisition game. Not here's the one you want every time type of game.
I've been playing this game for a long time, but the latest actions of the developers give me the idea to leave the game. The state of the game is very disappointing right now. And instead of somehow improving their stay in the game, they give out strange suggestions.
In light of the awakening gem for Sig stone announcement, could you not add a trade 1 AG for 500 7* ag shards per week here. If people have lots,will still take ages to deplete them for lots of 7* gems and they would need to be paying

Can someone please explain the compensation piece? I'm really confused. How can you have over 571+ days remaining on sigil? You can't buy more than one per "month". Currently once you buy the offer it dissappears. This needs some serious clarification.
It's nice to some of the improvements in the store like the addition of the titan crystal and 7 star sig stones. And it's expected that we will see some or most things stay the same. But it's unfortunate to see some of these things (technically) increase in price. I'll get to the sigil credits later but assuming that everyone purchases from the web store, the overall weekly unit count increases from 75 to 107.5 (average) which is a huge win. The removal of the 3 small energy per week seems small but they're good for finishing off quests when you're 1 step away. Also it adds up to 60 energy over a 4 week period and about 11 full energy refills over the course of a year. A 4* crystal costing 4k 3* shards (2 crystals) is normal. A 5* costing 6k 4* shards (3 crystals) is a huge reduction from costing 20k shards (10 crystals). However, the 6* crystal increases from 25k 5* shards (using the higher progression) to 50k shards for some reason. It is nice to be able to trade in 6* crystals for a 7* but at the moment I'm not sure how I feel about it costing 15 6* crystals. There's also an absence of class catalyst in the trade in store which is a bit disappointing, as well as the sigil potion moving to the sigil credit store and dropping from being able to buy 5 to 4 in a 4 week period.

For example, it currently takes 32 weeks to get 7* witch and on that time I will have gotten a 7* crystal and would be almost halfway to another. After 32 weeks in the updated sigil subscription and store you could 7* witch but you would only be about 61.5% of the way to a 7* crystal. Another huge L in the sigil store is the fact that the champion boost and alliance war champ boost which currently cost 10k gold each will soon cost 10 sigil credits instead. So if I wanted to continue buying everything that I currently buy over a 32 week then I would need... 400 for 7* witch dupe 260 for a 7* crystal 124 towards the next 7* crystal 320 for 32 champ boosts 320 for 32 alliance champ boosts 64 for sigil potion (while being short 8 potions) For a total of 1488 sigil credits when we're only able to get 560 over that amount of time. Please make that make sense, Kabam.

I paid for Arena Express and would like to have what I paid for and for the length I paid for it. Has there been an official answer about Arena Express? Are you going to leave that feature up for people who bought the Sigil until the new Sigil subscription is out? They should just turn it on for everyone these two weeks as I have stated elsewhere. I too basically buy sigil for arena express and there is no compensation being offered.
