EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CONCLUDED

The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.

Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.

Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.

We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.
Additionally, all summoners can expect a general compensation package due to this Emergency Maintenance interrupting their play session.

    Bump. Can’t believe that this is still an issue.

    Between Line search being broken and this, it’s getting pretty challenging to add people to my ally.

    Line search isn't completely broken. I've only had issues adding people who live in India (I'm from the US). Pretty sure the add friend link still works with them tho. Plus even if it didn't, you can get someone from their country to add them.

    But in game it's getting really annoying. It takes me 2 minutes to get to one of my friends when before it would be 2 seconds.

    That’s pretty much my definition of broke…😂

    We have multiple people who can’t add anyone… but I digress.

    Again please fix the in game issue already.

    Yes, this is still an issue, and now, I'm unable to change my alliance privacy. Not sure if the two are related, but it seems things are not getting any better. Not yet anyway.

    @KabamPinwheel or @Kabam Miike is this being looked at? I am still unable to change my alliance privacy. It's been an issue going on at least a month now, or more.

    Alliance Join/Privacy issue was different issue from the Scrolling Contacts (which has been fixed).

    Even though they both maybe got bugged at the same time a while back, evidently different issue, and so Ally Privacy one is still bugged.

    Fixed for you but not for many of us. So all is still glitched for many the same as it was since December. It took me 12 minutes and 43 seconds to scroll to my 12/50 contact I cannot waste time any further until it’s fixed for all of us not just few of you

    So, it seems you may be correct, as I can scroll my contacts, but still unable to change privacy of alliance. I suspect different summoners on different systems, IE apple, versus Android, may be still experiencing both issues.. but, yes, I can now scroll.
