Missing Units from Quick Heal

I tried to buy a quick heal/revive for my characters and it didnt work. After clicking it multiple times, it eventually lagged and purchased it over and over again. I lost about 500 units from 800 something to 350 when it should just be 28 units i believe. I heard this issue is happening to other people and wonder what to do about it. I tried opening 2 bug report tickets that got closed instantly. How do i get the units back?

    Because this appears to be happening to multiple people, I will try to find out what the proper course of action is if support is closing these tickets without investigation. I only discovered this was a confirmed bug today after following up on another player report, and I’m not sure if customer support has caught up to the issue yet.

    Awesome to hear, it really is an annoying issue, especially since i’m on the final stretch of the grandmaster fight. When do you think i might get my units back?
