Shown negative units on my account

Hi, today morning I logged in to my account and was just shown to have megative units on because I seem to have made a refund on a purchase, but I haven't refunded any thing, i believe this is an error. I don't even know how to refund a purchase like that, and I hope someone can help me with this, .y account ID is SATOURU GOJO, I'm a member in an ally called THE BOYS, and my top champ right now is my r3 sig 200 domino

If you've made any recent purchases, have you done anything through your app store or your bank account to recover those funds? I know you said you haven't made a refund, but that doesn't mean something else didn't happen.
Negative units only happen if you've:
Refunded a purchase through Google Play or the App Store
Did a charge back on your bank or credit card account for a purchase
Someone else did a charge back because you used some else's account, like a parent's account or (hopefully not the case) a stolen credit card

If you can cross all of those possibilities off the list, submit a ticket to Kabam support. Unfortunately you won't be able to find a solution on the forums.

You need to open a support ticket with Kabam. Explain you have negative contest credit balance but you do not believe you refunded any purchases. Ask them for more information.

If you share purchases method with anyone else, check to see if it wasn't someone else that cancelled or reversed a transaction.

I did raise a ticket and I got a reply that it can't be fixed cause their system is showing that the refund did happen, so in any case, I'll take a break from the game, maybe quit entirely, don't really feel like growing my tb alt acc. To valiant and clear so much content just to get bodied by whales and valiants that have played for a longer time

well....i never was very good at creative writing hehe, but its been fixed, did have to buy the credits, cause apparently something did happen at the bank which they explained to me later on, i didnt understand much of it, but the basic gist was that they accidentally did something that made it so a few past purchases were refunded, couldnt do anything about it anymore so just bought the credits from some birthday money, but thanks for all your suggestions

Been in banking for 20 years. Currently at my desk....at a bank. And I can assure you that this is not how any of that works friend. It would be better just to own it because I guarantee you the "bank" didn't cause your issue. That's not how that works. 🤣😂

I did not do anything, i dont even know how to refund a purchase throug the bank dude, I called the bank, didn't get an explanation, or I was too stupid to understand it or something, anyways, can't do anything about it now, so let's just drop it

Now I'm dealing with another stupid bug, bought 3 or 4 victory shields during off season to prep for on season, today's after getting that last milestone of bromance off season bg event, I looked for them, couldn't find them, clicked on the one in the milestone to see how many I had, it said 0 in the inventory, now I could've used them unknowingly or I'm remembering when I bought them wrong, perfectly normal right, but where is the one I just got from the milestone, atleast it should show 1 in inventory right?, I just got it Iike few seconds ago, and we can't even use shields in off season for me to accidentally use then, where did they go ?

I did, multiple times, still nothing, tried to search manually in the inventory, still nothing

Do you have Multiple game accounts ?
And are maybe confusing two of them ?

I do, but I don't play on one of them, but nevermind, the shields came back when season started

You should not have access to a credit card at all then.

Rest assured my card was taken away by my parents ( I'm in college so they still manage my stuff...the important stuff like money and stuff)
