@JLordVileJ thank you bro for giving me a chance . I don't know if you are joking or serious. But I apologise bro I really do. I am not saying that I am completely innocent bro. I accept that I might have used some bad language in chat. But most of the times it was when someone else was abusing me as I mentioned they mostly used Hindi language. I apologise. I again apologize. I won't use bad language ever again. Please save me from this trauma. As I said I am a mental health issues patient. My medicines are going on and my parents are worried about me I am not from a very rich family either. We can't afford my treatment at a good hospital either. We are doing what we can . And we can't even go to doctor on time because of financial problems. I am at my wits end seeing my parents suffer because of me. I play mcoc to cop up and chat online. I know that dunking on banned players is a bit of a tradition around here nowadays, but I don’t think we should get into the habit of torturing them when we don’t know their circumstances. This person might very well deserve to be permanently banned from global for crossing obvious lines. Then again, given the cesspool that global can become, I personally don’t know how often people get banned for things that are definitely rules violations but have mitigating circumstances.
@Peakyblinder007 in general no one on the forums can help you with support problems, and anyone saying otherwise you should be highly skeptical of. That includes me. However, I will inquire into your ban and see if anything can be done. If you violated the rules in an egregious manner there probably isn’t. However, if there was some mitigating circumstances it would be up to the sole discretion of the community management team to decide what to do, as I have no specific authority or influence with them. If they believe your conduct deserves a permanent global chat ban, their judgment is final.
Gonna go ahead close this thread. Unfortunately the chat ban will need to remain in place however as others have said this does not impact your ability to play the game as long as you continue to follow the rules elsewhere.
