I recently did a run in grandmaster gauntlet in my alt account. First run. Its 4M rated atm with 14 r3s. And 20 r2s. Top tier gold is there. The 6* materials are welcome. Shards are Basically dupes for iso and more shards. Costed me 2 revives. It's almost free stuff at this point. I had 5 keys so used 1. I'm waiting for 7* og iron man and the dupe on 7* antman. Im already prepared for the avengers run with r4 sig 200 thor, r4 sig 200 bw. 7* antman, 7* Hawkeye. I'm also prepared for the Zemid run with R4a This account does not have the 3*, so I'll do the avengers first for the 2*. And go in without the 3*.
I ran variants quests casually like a path in EQ. They are much much much easier. The gold is there and more importantly the Units are there.
I have plans to run EOP too. I did some planning. The triple juggs run and spider run are basically the best to cover both right and left sides respectively. Doing the two carinas is more like a side hustle.
I ain't touching abyss or labyrinth carinas.
I'll explore act 5 and 6 slowly slowly, one quest a month, for Units. They are so damn easy.
Not gonna complain on things for the sake of complaining. Not speed running content for the sake of doing it. Will do it with planning and with lowest resource investment including time.
Idk what situation are you in OP so this is not directed towards you. But I'm throwing shade on all those who complain about resources like gold and iso. It's right there..... So No Offence.
Ok. The gold is nice at best. Every other reward is not only outdated but borderline pointless to long term valiant players. They offer next to nothing. Literally nothing.
I want to play older game content. Like, I enjoy the game. So as a suggestion only they should incentivise it based on progression. Let’s say if your account is over 5m rating. Or you’re Valiant with a specific PI.
All the responses (unlike yours, I appreciate the conversation) are generic. And default to the ‘stop moaning and play the game’.

Nothing is stopping you from going back to old content for fun. You do not need more rewards for doing it. That's not how it works.

You still aren't comprehending then. The content isn't meant to be updated to current rewards if you never did it to begin with.they have literally never done that. Nor will they ever. It's meant to be the best rewards ( at the time of release). Those that can do it then are rewarded appropriately. Everyone else gets to wait. If you pass it by and decide to come back to it later, that does not mean you get to get something they never did. You made the choice to pass it by.
