When something from your account goes missing when you update, it is always a visual issue. Resources are stored on the server, there is no way for a client update to remove them from your account.

The crystals will be back with a timer on them shortly. Once we fix the client issue we will remove the timer, they are still permanent crystals.

Curious, I have done the update yet. Are the only crystals affected in the shard crystal tab or are there missing crystals in the crystals and special tab? Just trying to understand from one not having updated yet.

I haven't updated phone yet but I did my iPad and no issues. Rather, it fixed some issues like not being able to sell iso from overflow. Gameplay in AQ seemed consistent of recent gameplay as well.

Kebem I had 10 7* crystals and 200k shards saved up,
Thought I should let yall know to be safe ok and I don't want to lose them and hope they will be given back soon, I want to open them now heh
