Loved everything about it. The esthetics are amazing. I love that retro look. They could do a whole other MCU in that timeline/universe and it would be the coolest thing ever.

Thing looks amazing. Galactus is finally comic book accurate. This movie is gonna be 🔥

As far as the movie goes, I'm remaining cautiously optimistic that this will finally be the one.

I feel Pedro pascal will be a pretty good older Reed Richard's. Hes.got the chops.for that. Not sure krasinski could have pulled that off. Most of the acting gigs I've seem him do come off as....childish. like in the office.

FANTASTIC! Everything about it just feels perfect. The retro aesthetic, the natural dialogs, the comic accurate Thing (and those strangely satisfying rock sounds), Galactus actually showing up, HERBIE and their powers VFX.
We still need to see Mr. Fantastic powers in action, but I'm still a little hesitant about Pedro Pascals portrayal of the character, we just need to see more of it. I hope we get to see something like in FF #60 of Waids run.
What I like the most it's that the trailer has a different vibe than anything in the MCU so far, no popular song in the background just the main theme and no dumb one liners.
The F4 are the reason I started reading and loving comics in the first place and the reason I started playing this game. I can't wait for the movie to come out 💙

Anyone who thinks Pedro can't act didn't watch The Mandalorian. That scene in the cafeteria with Bill Burr and the sleazebag Imperial officer where Mando doesn't speak is amazing.

Seem em both still doesn't really do it for me. Besides in a quiet place, it's nearly all silent and just facial expressions and hand gestures lol. And Alan Richter is a far better jack Ryan. Dude has the physical prowess needed for jack on top of a good actor.

the one thing I am worried about, is the human torch himself, the actor for him just seems very…. Awkward. I have a strange feeling he’s not gonna do too well portraying him. I hope he does, but when those first images at comic-con released, where he was looking like he didn’t wanna be there. That’s what gave me doubts

Guys, A, I saw this trailer months ago lol, and B I know the plot for like the first half to the first 3 quarters of the movie, read at your own risk, also plot leaks might be fake, however I doubt it
SPOILER WARNING FOR THE WHOLE PLOT

Basically the movie starts in some retro futuristic universe where the fantastic four is the main superhero team. There are others but they are not as prominent. We don't know who the other heroes are. The Fantastic Four are very open about their life, worlds most famous family. Human Torch is their spokesperson. We slowly come to realise that they are hiding a secret, something no one else knows. They are not actually from that universe. They are from the sacred timeline. Now the next part isn't a part of the *official* leak, but someone said that in wandavision or some other marvel show, some government agent said they lost contact with some astronauts during the blip. That could be the fantastic four. Anyways, back to official spoilers, apparently when they arrived in the retro futuristic world, they fought mole man and thats how they became famous iirc. The fight is shown in a flashback. Anyways Silver Surfer (female) comes and just does general herald of galactus stuff, I cant remember if she and the ff fight or not. Anyways, all this time the ff are trying to get back to the sacred t. Silver s finds out about the sacred t and tells galactus who goes ooh a whole universe of planets for me to eat. Galactus comes to our universe annd that is where the plot leaks end. We dont know what happens next, otherr than the fact that galactus doesnt get killed by the end of the movie. Also I was personally thinking that the defenders saga might have taken place in another universe. Lets call this universe d for defenders. In into the spiderverse, maybe mole man was a scientist like the spot. At the same time the collider went of in into the spiderverse, mole man was doing mole man shenanigans in the defenders universe. Same in retro future. Its a canon event. Maybe even in mcu but we didnt see it. Anyways, daredevil comes to mcu, ff go to retro and into the spiderverse happens. This wouldnt much explain foggy nelson and luke cage and punisher but ingore that part lol

I really do like the overall vibe of it. When I first watched the 2007 movie my disappointment was immeasurable that Galactus was just a gas cloud, so I'm really excited that he is in his true form.

The movie is still 6 months away. Plenty of time to cgi it so he is 6ft tall as he should be. Remember it's a teaser trailer they might not have done that part of the editing yet.

That's kinda who Thing is though, not some lumbering monster, he's just a monstrous powerhouse. The fact he can go toe to toe with monsters is a testament to his grit and strength. Even if you go on Mcoc alone, he's not much taller than other medium champions, he's just... big

That's the reason why Thing's has one of the best Signature Abilities in the game in my opinion. It's just something that happens in the comics, he's not an overpowered monster, he's just a guy doing his best and always rising with his unbreakable spirit
