Human Torch’s pre-fight ability

So I have a question about Human Torch’s pre-fight ability. Can this only be used in quests? I don’t see an option for using it in Incursions and don’t recall seeing it in Battlegrounds and haven’t used him as an attacker yet in AW and AQ.

    It can be used in nearly every mode, including the ones you have listed.

    It's usable in almost everything, and nearly essential for Battlegrounds

    I guess I don’t know where it can be found activating it then. In incursions I saw no option. In Arenas it just skips the matchup screen. I guess I’ll take another look. I kind of blew off the character because I wasn’t getting the results everyone else was. I got a suggestion to level him and then saw a quest video and I didn’t even know that was an option before that.

    His prefight setup is the same everywhere else as where you've found it before. Little button next to the picture in a fight screen. Except for arena where prefights are not an option.

    Yes. If he is duped, then he has a % chance to regain it again after a minimum of one fight. The higher the sig, the higher the chance to regain it. If you're using him for a handful of fights, you'd probably be able to use it twice in a quest.

    Yes, pre-fights are NOT available in Arena.

    And in BG, you only have limited number of seconds in which to get to it and activate it, before countdown timer times out and starts the fight.

    There’s a pre fight screen that allows you to use it
