paid for two weekly bundles and wasnt given the option to choose my nexus crystals for both

in Bugs and Known Issues
thronebreaker and paragon nexus crystals werent given to my account after the purchase yet the daily nexus crystals were given please help it feels like i just got scammed by this game and ive played it for a while now no problems like this ever.. tried opening and reopening multiple times they still arent appearing


plz devs help
