Do I have to pay for each level

Is there additional cores needed for the rest 2 levels or can i unlock all with these 2 cores

    i believe it is 2 carbos to unlock and 1 carbo for each level thereafter. you can check auntm.ai in the mastery section

    As to Willpower, I believe WAY BACK WHEN they made some changes to it, less people were taking it beyond just Level 1 anymore.

    (Healing used to be linear each Level. 0.5, 1.0, 1.5. Then they changed it many years ago to the current. So more than Level 1 is not as useful to most people anymore)

    It’s fairly old, at least the unit cost. I recently unlocked the third tier in the bleed suicide mastery and it only cost my 6 units.

    Yes, you only need 1 level on Willpower, can use the extra couple points elsewhere.
    (same for Dexterity).
    Unless you want to squeeze out the little bit of extra that 2/3 Willpower gives you.

    Yeah, they did drops the unit cost on stuff I think when they did the update to the current mastery switch setup. But the unlock cost is still accurate at least, and that's the pricy one.
