Over 1000 players in masters and platinum are committed to never spending on war again. Please help kabam so we can keep Mcoc great again

    Does using something that you already have in inventory count as “spending” ?

    And who will police this ? What if both sides agree to not spend, and then one side DOES spend, how to give them the automatic Loss for breaking their agreement ?
