Doing my second run, this was a single attempt with Vox. Way better than my first run, took down the first 2 phases immediately. Once you figure out how to deal with his specials Ares becomes a lot easier to manage.

Honestly, I'm impressed with your progress for the first couple hours out.
Anyone have the best science/tech Adam counter? Like will Howard work? I’m so lost I want to use a 7* champ but can’t figure out who
I used Red Skull. Took 2 revives. Not a bad option, although he is slow because he doesn’t inflict a whole lot of debuffs. Land heavies whenever possible. If you ever get moments where Adam doesn’t have the sovereignty buff and you can parry him, you should do nothing but parry-heavy. Punish his sp2 with a heavy before he gets into the pod.
Damn I have no sentry. Should I r2 Howard you think or is he fine at r1 considering damage is irrelevant with the debuff node
R1 is pretty fine as you said damage is irrelevant. I think htd can take 4% health with each heavy, that means 25 heavies and you're done. Use health boosts as needed

Just finished the Science/Tech Nebula path. Sentry just destroys Nebula, Northstar it's a normal fight with IH, Hulk eats Destroyer, had to use a revive on Photon with IH, Sentry for Adam used 2 revives since he just wouldn't use his specials, all against Aegon because I sucked and used a team revive and 2 solo revives with Sentry.
And Ares it's just annoying, i love the fact that each death means more damage (because i sucked), but I hate when things go Slow-mo, I knew what to do but then it was to early or too late because I couldn't quite get the rythm. At the end I just revived my way through it until the end when I really could evade the sp1/2. There's an interaction when you regen that says "I hate medics" so that jerk just made things personal. Anyway I have to get more revives for my next run, because it's such a drain
Alas, that first run was just a fluke it seems. Second run done with 20 revives, 2 on Heimdall and the rest on Ares. That last phase still gets me, I’m not great at dealing with unblockable and he doesn’t seem to like getting backdraft intercepted. I definitely lasted much longer on average in my second attempts though and I’ll figure him out eventually. Think I’m about done with my attempts for today though.

Bro start a YouTube channel already
The thought has crossed my mind. Unfortunately I have absolutely no video editing experience or whatnot, so that’s probably a no.

I just tested him and he only manages to do 2% per heavy

MSD was saying that he think the node registers 2% per application of debuff(s), so if you do one hit that applies multiple debuffs you only get credit for one. Seems like champs who apply individual debuffs are the way to go.

Planning on doing the same thing myself, is the heal block from the punisher 2099 synergy a debuff? If so that would make things a lot faster

Howard’s heavy is multi-hit though Probably his hits aren’t separated enough to wait out the cooldown

Does the node description say anything about cooldown?

Anyone taken the Spam path yet? Currently planning the rest of my runs and that’s the one I’m stumped on. I want Onslaught as a general workhorse and Professor X to handle Annihilus who has buffed up, but I’m stuck on who to bring for Tigra and Viv. Currently thinking Wong maybe, but I don’t know how well that would work. Any thoughts?
For death by debuffs i wanted to know which campions i can use from my roster. Currently in 7* science and tech i have shuri, silk, spot, hulk, LD, Photon, mr negative, stark spidy, mysterio, IMIW, guardian, thing, spidy, racoon , leader, gewn, falcon, warlock, peni and luke.
I got stuck on adam with the team, photon, shuri and silk

For Viv Vision my immediate thoughts was Onslaught, I think he is the best option for this fight, ignores miss and evade.
Viv is metal so maybe Magneto would work? However it would be really hard based on the node.
And for Tigra, my thought is Mister Sinister. you can juggle the unblockable and I believe the AI loves the special attacks when she goes unblockable, which Mister Sinister can block.
Pausing on Ares helps just when he takes out the weapon
You can see which special he's throwing from the glow in his eyes , one flash for sp1 two for the sp2, pausing is just sad and definitely not the way it should be done

Someone also recommended writing it down on a sticky note or make a song about it as it helps remember it.
