I submitted a ticket about the load screen error on incurrsions. Infuriating because I spent a ton of time getting well into Saga, only for their **** game to freeze on their end and never load taking 50% of my health off twice deep into that run. Submit a ticket about it, and they immediately close it with no solution. Cool guys. Thanks for the help. Really makes me want to keep playing.

    Nothing really that a Support Ticket can do for you, about a general issue related to game/device/resource load getting bogged down enough that ends up causing game to crash on your device.

    Unless you maybe asked specifically to be put back at that node, reverting the “half off” health back to where the fight had originally began at (health-wise), and then let you pickup back where you were at prior to the crash,

    (They have done that for cases of crashing out of high-end quests, etc)

    But they would get thousands of those requests every day.

    Unfortunately, keeping the Request Ticket open would not do anything, if it is just “make your game better”, “make it not crash as much”, etc, which there is not a specific action that Support can do for your account.

    **on mine, and specific to BG matches, once the champs are selected, and the countdown is there with the START FIGHT button on screen, I let that 5 second timer (or whatever it is) run all the way down and have it auto-startup, instead of me pressing the button to start it a few seconds early.
    That tends to let some other background “loading” have enough time to load, prior to fight starting. And I don’t have as many crashes doing it that way (until I’m many matches into it since last restart).
    Same with normal quests, etc, where my champ pic takes a few seconds before showing the champ (at first, or when switching to different champ). I let it fully load until the champ is showing, before starting the fight.

    Fair point. Still infuriating when you get deep into a massive time sink like incursions are, and it feels like you just wasted a ton of time. There has got to be a way to change that on their end though where they don't penalize 50% health for a battle that never loads.
