Best Counters for tough defenders

So I’ve been thinking about this every time I go up against defenders that I don’t know how to beat and I thought it would be useful for us to make a list. You might not agree with some of these and you might add some, and please do, some characters like Knull, Mr. Negative, and Ultron I’ve found problematic, but personally they haven’t as consistently troubled me as much as the ones below have. Since I’m wondering more than I’m answering I won’t too many counters listed here immediately.

Scorpion - Sasquatch, Werewolf, Hulkling, Jessica Jones

    Bullseye - Sinister, Onslaught

    Photon - Mantis, Silver Sable, Kingpin, Falcon, Xbones

    Has anyone tried Dazzler against Enchantress?In theory you’d think she would work. But I haven’t reached the level of skill to counter Enchantress yet so I haven’t tried.

    I hear you and I don’t find him as difficult as he often is made out to be although he is still really tough for me and if the power gap or node is tricky enough he destroys me and I think for most people, because he’s always one of the top champs placed as defenders. So let’s put it this way for sake of argument… who are the best options to make this non-threat even less of a threat.

    Red Skull - cosmics work well. Odin is great bc after sp1 he can bypass autoblock after skull sp1

    Thing - black cat bc thing can’t build rock stacks

    Jessica Jones - - cheelith is great after the sp1 with the grit

    Enchantress - haven’t figured this out yet - ban button

    Dust - warlock, Deathstrike, fantman

    Sasquatch - Torch. Most science shut him down

    Spider-Ham - bullseye, serpent. Somebody where he can’t evade.

    Photon - actually for once I think patriot works. Someone who can parry non contact. Kate works good

    Doctor Doom - really any science. Hulk nukes him

    Bullseye - sinister, gentle, dazzler, Odin

    Arcade - Hulkling (poison immune), CGR. Rlly most cosmics. Someone who can bypass the autoblock and preferably poison immune.

    Sentinel - Red Magneto (metal). Cosmics are good just don’t let him get an sp3

    Scorpion - just someone to counter the evade. Skills work well. Poison immune. Think cheelith nukes him

    The way I’ve had to approach Dust is trying to take her down as fast as possible. It doesn’t seem like there is any way to avoid taking damage with her…

    I’ve been really impressed with what others are doing with Silk against my defenders. I used to play her all the time but I’m just not getting the results. Maybe I try to play her to aggressively…

    I do have a 6*R3Sig53 Iron Heart that I’ve barely touched.

    Iron Heart is one of those characters like Spiral where I haven’t gotten the immediate results that I hear others get. I didn’t even touch my 6* Torch until last month when I duped him and brought his Sig to 200. I think I rely on the same champs too much

    Bullseye - Serpent, Ice man

    Enchantress - any champ really

    Dust - incinerate champs I believe. Those who can parry non-contact attacks help too

    Thing - Falcon, Bleed champs (I hate him)

    Doom - almost any champ. Silk excels

    OR Just Herc every goddam body

    1. Red Skull: control the armor ups and bonus points for countering auto block. Best options are Knull and Angela who can do both.
    2. Thing: ability accuracy reduction or bleeds but you can play him normally and just counter the unstoppable too. Best options are Falcon and Black Cat
    3. Jessica Jones: not sure what she is doing here but just manage the unstoppable and she isnt much of a threat. Any champ with slow like Shang Chi.
    4. Enchantress: debilitate heavy champs like Luke Cage, Falcon (new one) and Titania. However, Photon works too to counter her untouchable.
    5. Dust: incinerate champs like Sunspot, Ironheart and Human Torch nuke her
    6. Sasquatch: the unstoppable and regen is the biggest factors. Quicksilver and Scorpion are my go to counters.
    7. Spider Ham: any evade counter works. I tend to do Kate Bishop or Mole Man
    8. Photon: ability accuracy reduction to avoid the building of charges. My go to counter is Crossbones or Kingpin. Patriot is supposed to be a hard counter but i dont want to rank him for one matchup.
    9. Doctor Doom: any champ with damaging debuffs (minus shocks). I tend to do Scorpion or Human Torch. If you are worried about special 1 then find someone who can block unblockable specials like scorpion.
    10. Bullseye: if not on a stun immune node then Sinister and Negasonic. If on a stun immune node then go for an evade counter nuke. Okoye is pretty good but this is a tough one.
    11. Arcade: bypassing autoblock so unblockable attacks like Hulkling works or auto block counters. If you arent in PvP node then just an effective heavy damage champ should work.
    12. Sentinel: red mags or cosmics but avoid special 3 and ideally a few armour breaks to get the fight to go faster. He is more stall than difficult.
    13. Serpent: neutralize champs like Tigra, Wiccan and Rintrah but best counter is Spiral.

    Bleed reduces his rock stacks by 3. You cant go for 5-hit combos, just balance the number of hits with the bleed debuffs to keep him below 15. That is why black cat and falcon are easier, they prevent him from stacking rock stacks at all and you can play normally

    Lol, Sentinel is immune to armor break.
