Didn’t you just get your kabam id set up ? How did a family member grasp on that, and why would they be trying to delete your account ?
I really never expected a “my account is being banned” type of post for you 😭
I had an argument with someone, and everyone in my house knows everyone's phone passwords, we have for years, we just don't use each others phones. They took my phone and changed my email password etc and got the majority of my details from there.
I am likely to regret stepping into this sort of thing on a weekend. but if what you are saying is true you should treat this as an identity theft situation. There are procedures for recovering access to things like Google or Apple accounts, which should be your number one priority before anything else: regaining control of your core critical email and other communication accounts. You can recover everything else after you do that.
Family or not, if someone steals your accounts with the intent to do harm, that is a crime, and I would simply tell them game's over, cease access and surrender control or you will take all appropriate steps to regain control of your accounts, including filing a report with the police for identity theft. You should take no reciprocal action yourself.
It is weird to me that someone could have their entire digital identity compromised, and their first priority is protecting access to a mobile game. There was an episode of Columbo where the murderer killed his victim by secretly poisoning the victim's wine bottle during a meal and then leaving, so they were far away when the victim died. When the murderer asked Columbo when he first suspected him, Columbo said right away. When the murderer complained there was no way he could have had suspicions, Columbo explained that when the police contacted the murderer to inform him that his associate was poisoned to death and wanted to talk to him, he drove over to the restaurant to meet with the police. Columbo said it was very peculiar to him that someone who was told that a person they just had dinner with was poisoned to death, and their first thought was to go talk to the police, and not to go to a hospital to get checked out themselves.
Seriously?,..it’s “ a crime” and “file a report with the police?” Lmao. First question police would ask is what is Kabam?,..and when explained that it’s a super hero mobile game they would probably laugh their asses off 😂. Look idk if this is a troll post or not,.,but has anyone considered that it may be a youth that got into an argument with their parents over spending too much time playing a certain mobile video game 😅….too funny.
If you read the entire thread, the OP said their MCOC passwords were changed because someone got access to their phone and locked them out of among other things all their email accounts. This is considered a legitimate precursor to identity theft. Reporting that someone locked you out of your mobile game account is unlikely to be taken too seriously, but unauthorized access to mobile device combined with changing passwords might be, and actually using that access to tamper with other online accounts, even if its for a game, would be a crime by statute.
Again, this presumes we’re hearing the entire story, which I’m not convinced we are. But that’s the advice I would give to anyone claiming what the OP is claiming. By the time you know for certain if this is legitimate or not, and a serious threat or not, it will probably be too late to do anything.
The police are not supposed to laugh this off. Filing a police report is a very useful step to preventing or mitigating further identity theft damage. I have no idea if Kabam would care, but many businesses will take note of police reports when requesting help undoing damage from identity theft. In particular, financial institutions will often ask for a copy of the police report you filed when you tell them you need help with damage done to your accounts due to unauthorized access. If you just tell them your little brother or your dog did it but it’s all cool now, they are far less likely to go out of their way to help you. Either it is a crime, or its your fault.

I get it. It just seems a bit ludicrous to me,..someone steals your social security number or passport or something and uses it,…well that’s identity theft to me. If someone hacks your email or password involving a mobile video game....you just create a new email and password?
And again,..if this is an issue within a household,,,it makes it a bit different and we probably aren’t getting the whole story.
You cannot include your achievements in mcoc in your resume, a game is just for entertainment
You also need to have achievements in your real life, studying and learning real skills like programming or medicine etc, getting a job that pays well or starting your own business, serving your country or the military, getting medals from your country that you can proudly wear in formal events, having achievements that can be included in your resume
You are still young and should start thinking about your real life what you want to do with it
I'm going with a troll post. OP just created an account, and the first response is from a newbie who says "As much as we never got along and you hate me nobody deserves this" (who couldn't have never gotten along as it's just five minutes) who created his account within five minutes of OP and is also promoting something despicable on global from his one post. Happy to be proven wrong.
I can prove it is me JLordVileJ. I am British. I live in London. I am in Secondary. I farm disagrees for like no reason whatsoever. I often pretend to work alongside Kabam on sus posts to get people to admit to cheating, "in order for me to help them". Peiximacacao hates me for no apparent reason lol. Believe me?
This right here is conclusive proof. Because literally no one reading anything on forum would have had access to this proof.
OP probably is 16 and has major exams like GCSE this year and his grades aren't that great and his parents would like him to focus on studying than playing mcoc
A family member who knows all my details, ALL MY DETAILS, is trying to delete my account. @KabamPinwheel@Kabam Crashed@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex , can one of you pause my account or smth. Make it so that it cannot be deleted at all. I can't even access the gmail account that I use for my Kabam ID now, they changed the password on me.
Stay out of that Global chat.
As soon as you get your account back , change your password for something bigger.
And with only one on forums you dont take the risk again 👍
A phone lock screen/email password/any type of account (bank, game, insurance, and etc...) SHOULD ONLY BE KNOWN BY YOU AND NOBODY ELSE. A hard lesson, but one that needed learned sadly. Hopefully you're able to get it sorted.
Hasn't logged in since Feb 22, truly a biblical ending, im afraid losing his mcoc acc is gonna have detrimental effects on his character and future, another shanker in the making.
Damn, not like my family member, they have no idea what Mcoc is, and what I play all day, even when I try to explain so that someone could support me in arena 😂
I have him added (main account) in game, he changed his name to "2025changed!!" a couple days ago so I asked him ABT it and still no reply. Maybe he really has changed?

that's so sad if his account rally did get sabatoged
I am just gonna add that this happened after he was helped to link his account to an emai to have access to the webstore... Someone might have messed up 🤣

We need an update of this drama series

Even the police can't help him as the parents have legal custodian over him
