Privacy settings for crews

I am the leader of my crew, and i'm unable to change the privacy setting to Open as it's stuck on By Request. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It would be very much appreciated if you can help.

Either wait until March game update comes out this coming week, and see if it is fixed with that.
Or Submit a Request to support, ask them to change your Alliance's joining privacy setting.
