There was issue with first war or 2 (only for some alliances), but after that had been working all off-season.

Confirmed and shouldn’t matter if it showed beforehand due to their already vague wording of offseason participation.

My alliance won during the off season and never received the crystals even though it was shown as one of the rewards

Ah yes, probably (maybe).
If you updated game, and THEN got your AW rewards sent out.

Although, that is normally an issue for “individual” stuff when moving to new month (like Saga Tags this time). Those on old version still had the tags to enter Saga-7 this final day.

Does anyone still have those crystals, unopened in inventory ? Or did they disappear with the new update ?

My alliance have never received any couples crystals for any of our off season wins. Honestly don’t know how they can get this so wrong.

That was of yours was for the BEGINNING of the off-season, which were bugged for a few alliances. (*but should probably also be included with any potential comp crystals, if they decide to give them out)

This one here is from this FINAL war of the off-season that ended today (maybe affected everyone who Won), after new game update was out (evidently no matter whether you downloaded it or not, the backend servers are already onto new month's code)

And another new post just made was also directed here
