War failed to matchmake us?

in Bugs and Known Issues
We have matchmaking turned on for all 3 BGs, and yet failed to get an opponent. It's now saying next matchmaking is in 2 days, which means we miss the first war of the season?

    Did you have Wars turned off for OFF-Season, and only had them on for In-Season ?

    People were saying it was using their OFF-Season # of BG setting and using that for this 1st war of season. (For alliances that use different # of BGs)

    So maybe if ZERO BG's in Off-Season, might be why ?

    Yes, we're only tier 6/7. Off-season wars aren't mandatory, so they're turned off.

    Do you know if KABAM is doing anything about this ? Even at our rank, missing out on the points from a war will tank the season.

    @KabamDORK had just followed up in a similar thread, a little after you had last replied here.
    (so, did anything change for you since then yet ?)

    Actually the feedback seems a little odd, 3/4th of a day since other wars started.

    Not sure if Dork was seeming to say that anyone who had *NOT* matched yesterday (ie, because it used off-season setting of skipping wars, but what about all the other alliances that were in a war but with incorrect # of BG's because they run different BG's in season vs off-season ?) have just received matches (against other no-match alliances ?) ?

    And how would that even work for them, you have a war that started almost a day late, so just have 1 day to do it ?? (which is better than nothing, but probably HUGE War Rating differences in the new Matchups, because not as many alliances fell into that situation)
