Disappointing Kabam Help Team

Am I the only one who is beginning to think that all email tickets to kabam are filtered and answered through AI? The emails are always replied to quickly regardless of time, and they seem incapable of understanding mitigating circumstances. Super disappointing regardless considering how much time and money I’ve spent on the game and I can’t get a real person to help me link my account. Hope kabam does better

What did you ask about?
if you asked Kabam to explain how this happened, as you’re doing now, they are unlikely to be able to help you. They may not fully understand the question. They aren’t allowed to interrogate deeply when it comes to account security issues: they can only answer, or not answer, and then end the ticket. Having chats with players about game account security issues can get them into trouble if they reveal information they should not, because they have no idea if you are the valid account holder or someone trying to hijack the account and is probing them for information to use to do that.
If you cannot figure out what your current linked Kabam ID is, you will need to ask them to change it. Be specific and focused. You will need to be able to pass the account verification checks. Answer those questions, and then ask to have the Kabam ID changed to whatever email address you want. Get into any sort of side track discussion or argument with them, and they will most likely just close the ticket.
