5 star photon or 6 star miss marvel

Have a nexus crystal - this is a new account (7 days old) that just got uncollected. My only 6 star is red cyclops and my 5 stars are Kingpin, gladiator, red skull and Spot.

Who is the better choice at this point in my account?
