No new progression title after 9.2?

I was eagerly awaiting yesterday’s stream as I was fully expecting Kabam drops a new progression title incorporating rank 4s and 9.2 completion.
As someone who completed the 10y challenges, epoch and ordeal, and already received two rank 4s, I was certain 9.2 would have some t7b and that the requirement for this assumed new progression title would be 3 full r4 champs.
Seeing that not only is there no new progression, but that there is a fully available r4 within 9.2 exploration, that t7b fragments are going to be fully available in the super event, the saga and war showcases and saga incursions - and that a full 4 t7b are available for sale on spring cleaning- kind of ticked me off.
I mean, normalizing r4 champs for any valiant player regardless of endgame content completion kind of cheapens all my previous efforts.
Am I alone on this?

Hopefully 7r7 have new title because Valiant title doesn't even have anything exclusive, 90% times we're dogtied with Paragons 🤡
Imagine new title and have nothing new to it other than goofed up daily crystals with 10% better odds to pull T-4 Alpha shards
Bro I’m sitting on 40 r3 or above champs, and I’m still struggling to get resources for r2s.
Meanwhile some newly made valiant with 2 r3 champs (MSD got his in 4 days) is going to progress to r4s as fast as me. Yeah, that’s bogus.
Why should I be offered more of the same r3 materials with new valiant players?
Why should lazy valiant players who did not do epoch or carina or ordeal get offered for units the same r4 materials I get offered?
Epoch was estimated to be 120-150 revives to complete and that was February- 9.2 should be near free content and has similar rewards.
I know the difficulty level - I completed the beta.
This is why there should be some type of gate between the top of the game - chasing r4s, not playing with anything less than r3, to valiant players - still playing with mostly r5 ascended six stars and a handful of r3 champs.
Kind of feels the same from my perspective (only ever completed necro and epoch) with the exception of those who explored epoch aren’t getting better daily crystals…. But the BG gap is legit.
It’s segregated items for different progressions in the various in game currency stores.
And more importantly- it’s the unit deals during sales.
It’s been 20 months since Valiant was announced (and the only way to get it was necropolis initially). The content completed for r4s was equally hard. It deserves a new progression.
I was thinking a while ago that the next progression title might be tied to R4s. But once they came out, that went out the window. Because the whole point of new progression titles is to give players something to work towards. For progressing players, every title is like that, but for the end gamers the only way that happens is if the requirements for the next title are things they haven't overtaken already. And by now, R4s have done that. We can't make the requirement for Valiant+1 be a lot of R4s, because that has to reflect what everyone else eventually has to do in the future. But if it is just two or three of them, a lot of end gamers either already have that, or will the instant they finish 9.2. The next progression title cannot be "explore 9.2 on the day of release and bingo, you're there, the chase is over, and now you get to wait for two years for the next one."
Doing that would be a waste of a progression rung. The next progression run has to make sense in the long run, but it should also offer some more meaningful chase for the end gamers who will be the first to get there. Exploring Necropolis was kind of like that, insofar as that was not as easy to do as exploring an Act chapter. And you can't count everything else that has already been done, because however impressive any of it was, that's history. It can't count as part of the next progression tier chase if it is already history.
Long speech but ignoring the game history.
Paragon came out when r4 6 stars were out the door.
Thronebreaker came out and was like “do act 6 100% or one run of abyss and it’s yours”.
So yeah, progression does work exactly like that.
This is why I was shocked when I saw materials for a full r4 within 9.2 exploration rewards.
I had thought it VERY reasonable, if exploration yielded ONE t7b, a new progression would mandate 3 r4 champs, some fragments would be available here and there but spring cleaning offers the other two catalysts, with a promise for difficult content between now and July offers, to get the rest for FTP players.
That would have been fair, in line with previous progression levels, and would work better to motivate players to progress.
The way r4s have been introduced post Friday’s stream, the only motivation to get r4s is to have you opponent quit on you during BG draft screen.
On 1 hand, I have a 0.5 million account valiant joining my alliance months ago and a youtuber just got valiant in under 5 days
On the other hand, valiant difficulty has yet to launch so a new title would be kinda too early
I guess they artificially avoided making a new progression title so that the monthly EQ won't look EVEN more out of touch and irrelevant.
