Account Recovery

I don’t know what email and password I used for my main account. I have access to it on an old iPad, and any kind of proof needed to show it is my account. However it is not signed in, and I don’t know the sign in, so the account can’t be transferred to other devices (or PC now). Can this be helped? Who do I contact?

    Although it is not currently signed in on that older device (*note below), if you go to game settings and the login area, does it at least tell you what the login (email) address is ?

    Or click on link to go to support site directly from in game settings, maybe that will default load you as your Kabam account on the support site ?

    (*note) yes, the game still would let you play as whatever “default” account you started playing on that device, even after logging out from that account from in game. (or at least, that's how it used to work previously) Thus why just logging out from game before giving away your device to a friend or family is not sufficient, they could still open the game and it would load with whatever Kabam still recognized as a “default” account on that device. Without needing to actually login.

    I tried both things you suggested, but neither worked. It’s basically acting as if this account does not have a Kabam login. The support link thing sent me to a sign in where I had to enter an email and password, and the settings just says “login options”. I was hoping a Kabam employee or someone would see this who could fix it from their end because there’s a 0% chance of me finding any details about my login for this account.
