Kabam is full of it, they refuse to let non spending players in battle grounds get ahead, they keep making more content for whales players get ahead, they keep matching up regular players with stacks of rank 4 7 stars, i will be reporting them for fare use with the government, because at this point they are only making new content for players that spend a salary i make every week on the game, there is no choice in the matter spend or never get ahead...

Arcade mode huh? Don’t mind it but not as a replacement for true BGs, maybe a separate novelty mode

    Which "the government" though?
Be sure to provide "the government" with the terms of service that you agreed to. It'll help them ignore your claim faster instead of investing time and taxpayer money into nothing.

You had me until “short and to the point”.

And then like 20 sentences with zero paragraphs.

You gotta break that up a bit for readability.

Does the NBA redraft the entire league every game to make sure the teams are on an even playing field because we have to look out for the poor, helpless Wizards? Well, no. They don't get an advantage to their roster just because they can't beat the Celtics, and the Celtics don't get their roster taken away just because they're in the top.
Fairest gameplay is build your own team and fight whatever opponent comes.

The NBA has a salary cap and, as you've observed, a draft. If they didn't, all the best players could end up on the same team, which is what happens when the US sends its best players to the Olympics, where it has won 9 of the last 10 Olympic games. Maybe that's "fair" in a sense comparable to how some people insist that Battlegrounds is fair, but as for the NBA, it has at least some regard for parity, which is why even the worst teams manage to get some wins during the season.

Personally, I have no objection to the players with the best rosters dominating the BattleGrounds leaderboards; nor do I object to whales having their advantages there either. What I do object to is placing radiance, the premier in-game currency, in a niche game mode where progressing players cannot compete, and where they get chewed up by heavyweight accounts when they try.

The result of this is that players who are newer to the game are unlikely to ever reach a point where they can consistently compete against other comparable players one-on-one. Worse, this creates a dynamic where content outside of Battlegrounds has to scale with the rosters of players who are compounding the growth of their accounts by acquiring radiance. This leaves Ka-bam with the unenviable challenge of creating engaging content for players who have acquired massive rosters and scaled them up far ahead of the majority of players, all while balancing the rewards so that the dominant players feel that the content is worth their time without further supercharging their growth relative to the rest of the player base. (If you want to see how well that endeavor is going, you can find several active threads about the latest release of endgame content in this forum.)

My point is, maybe it's not that Battlegrounds has to be entirely redesigned, but the distribution of in-game compensation probably should be.

Or, to put it another way, if you think that Battlegrounds is currently fair, at least recognize that it is a catch 22 to tell progressing players who disagree with you that they need to improve their rosters if they want to compete, when the most viable way for improving a roster is radiance, which you obtain by... winning in Battlegrounds.
