When will this expire on? Why 2 different dates. Technically I have 70 days to claim right?

    Yes you can claim until the objective ends in 70 days

    Whichever timer is longer is the one you can claim from. However you will only be able to claim it through the objective screen, and not your stash after it expires in your stash
