Act 5 ultron evade makes no sense

I understand how it works but when he does it I have no time to do anything like swipe back or block immediately how do I get past this obstacle guys any advice? I have hulk and ms marvel as my non affecting debuff champs.

Must be a problem from your device then. If you know that he is about to evade, then you would have time to swipe back right after

Another way to think about it is that the way to deal with classic ultron is to assume you have to bait evades, much like baiting specials. There's just no power bar to let you know when you have to do it. You bait evades much like fighting any other evade-happy champion like NC: attack into them once and then hold block, hoping the computer will try to pull an evade-attack combo which will land right into your parry.

Try to keep a timer in your head during the fight. Once he evades the 7 second timer starts, his evades store at 7 seconds and the timer won’t begin until he evades your attack. Get him to dash back holding block then rush in for a single hit immediately backing off. He will evade the attack but you are clear of any counter attack.
