Class 6 Catalysts Not Showing Properly

Hi, I would really appreciate your help on this issue. This has happened before but I thought I was seeing things and took for granted that the game would be more accurate than myself. I now regret that assumption. So here’s the deal. I was less than a 25% fragment away from forming my 6th Class 6 Skill catalyst to R4 my Shang-Chi. This morning I selected the first of two 25% fragments from my daily rewards. When I did that, it said that I formed a whole catalyst. When it popped up again to choose the class for the second one, it hadn’t flipped over to show the forming of the 6th one. After my second selection, I go out and into the resources area to see if it updated there and it didn’t. So I restart the game and still no update showing my 6th one. So basically I’m now further BACK than when I started because now it’s showing the remaining of the 25% that went over. This sucks and now sucks even more knowing I was right before too when I thought it had happened with other classes. Can someone please acknowledge this and make it right? There are plenty of bugs that make me want to quit this game and I don’t want another because I really do like this game. Please help!

    Since I haven’t had a response yet, could someone please let me know if I use the same email and password that I use to log into the game to also submit a ticket for reporting a bug? I’m asking because if that is the case, it isn’t working. I need to get this figured out soon.

    What do you need to get figured out exactly? Realistically they're just going to close the ticket because you selected the same thing twice and that's it

    Thank you for responding. Let me try explain again. Let’s say you have 5.75 Cat6 and needed only 25% of a Cat6 to R3 a champion and you select a 50% fragment which would put you now 6.25 Cat6, but instead it now say you have 5.25 Cat6. You literally lost Cats and went backwards instead of forward. That is what happened to me. Does that make more sense? I didn’t select anything wrong. It’s a matter of the system not functioning properly and this isn’t the first time.

    If you did the “Submit a Request” form, same Kabam ID login as your game account, they should eventually get back to you.
    If you explained it as clearly as your latest follow up above.

    But it was weekend, holidays, etc. and may not be until the business weekdays start (and even then, they are on west coast time).

    I have not seen case of rolling over to form a whole cat but then that cat is not showing in inventory.
    (just to rule it out, do you have multiple accounts and maybe what you were remembering, or opening, was on the other account ? And that they were all T6 versions, not confusing any with T5 versions ?)

    But help won't come from forum replies here, just thru Support Ticket process.

    If you did the “Submit a Request” form, same Kabam ID login as your game account, they should eventually get back to you.
    If you explained it as clearly as your latest follow up above.

    Ok, I will take your advice and use my game email (ID) and make a password for help tickets. Yes, I do have two accounts, but in this case I had just looked to see what I needed before I selected from my rewards. After noticing it did not update correctly, I did a screenshot. In hindsight I wish I had taken a before screenshot or recorded it, but I didn’t know this was going to happen. Like in my original post, I swore this happened before, but then told myself that I must have been wrong. Apparently I wasn’t, which is unfortunate. I will be recording my openings for proof now I think.

    Thank you for responding even if you couldn’t solve my issue. At least you’ve helped me make a decision as to what steps to take next.
