They even gave comp when Google went down and it was not kabams fault few weeks ago.
But the thing with game outage is they'll give like 3 revives, 3 potions and 3 refills.
It all depends on the overall effect, really.
Last time was the same thing. It went down around same time. Just making guesses keeping that in mind. I slept early that day and woke up to game down posts.
Yes. I've seen them be quite liberal with compensation in the past, when the game was down for extended periods of time. If it's an hour or so, or maybe less, it's hard to justify that.

I asked my grandpa who was a heart surgeon for 40 years and he recommends a team 20% revive for your staff as they are healthy and will regen the rest on their own. For the cardiac patient it would good to spend some units on a level 3 revive and health potions. They're already sick and need the extra help.

To be honest kabam, as a returning player I am quite disappointed by the increasing number of bugs and inconsistencies in the game recently. Even worse is the lack of communication in moments like this, an hour past without any post/response by the official kabam team, to at least let players know that you guys are working on fixing it.

Some general comp wouldn't go a miss.. bit of radiance, glory etc as it's now getting silly so far this month with bugs. Just do something to get us on side for once please. I don't normally agree with compensation posts for things but I think we are all a bit fed up with this lately
To be honest kabam, as a returning player I am quite disappointed by the increasing number of bugs and inconsistencies in the game recently. Even worse is the lack of communication in moments like this, an hour past without any post/response by the official kabam team, to at least let players know that you guys are working on fixing it.
Not quite a full hour but yea, certainly too long. Really just hit at just the worst moment, folks on their way into work and all. Usually Im working from home so would be around for stuff like this but Im visiting the office this week, so just poor timing. Definitely want to do better in situations like this (though ideally we avoid these all together haha)

I only say radiance in this instance as it's affecting competitive gameplay.. I'm quite close to 200 points in bgs, and anything can make me tilt and never get that close again 😂😂.. plus it can affect peoples efforts in raids, also having a knock on affect for acquiring radiance.. you should be good on rebirth, as you'll have 1 more hour from now right?

All you whiners do is complain. All games have periodic outages. This doesn’t happen to mcoc often. They are working on getting the game back online. Grow up kiddies

As a guy in a “corporate” myself where we supply tech support to other business, I understand this very well, and, can’t believe I’m saying it, sympathise with you here. Out of hours issues are worse since they can catch you at the worst place, time, and even position 👀 at times. It’s hard to properly and effectively react to it, but preventative measures have to be in place for such incidents. I’m gonna eye ball it and say that it was pointless to call OnCall/Standby engineers since it was coming close to the working hours anyways - hence potentially the late “response”. 😉
