That's why with our brand new gamemode all you have to do is stare at a wall and watch paint dry for a few hours! Then you get a titan! Woohoo! - Kabam
Took me all of 15 minutes to see this game mode is awful. And my reward is never again having to play this abomination of a “game mode” for the remaining days it’s available. …best reward ever! 🎉

That’s all well and good till your titan gives you a 6th red hulk or Torres when you really wanted Jean and bastion lol. Then was it really worth staring at that wall ? lol
I struggle with understanding why these experiments are done in production. There is no focus group or feedback from the community on these modes until after you have spent time and money to create them.
Why even have the CCP at this point?
The Content Creator Program is not a group of free beta testers. The program exists to help Creators produce content for their channels and support their careers.
So they make videos showing the rest of us how to do things - use champs, defeat champs, etc.
Which lends some credence to the thought that the game has become to complicated and unwieldy. I can’t remember the last time a champ came out that you could read the kit and know what to do.
I have full faith that you could read a champion's abilities and know what to do. That's exactly how they do it.
A visual guide is an added bonus, and streamlines that learning process. That's going to be the case in scenario.
I’m on kabams side, i dont think players know how much work it is to fix things (also glad the forums is back to normal!)

Well you know what they (me) say about mcoc players
Adding to the previous post. I can't believe you guys take time on something like this .. regardless if there are rewards or whatever. I would love to say you guys have too much time on your hands; but then I remember that you guys take forever to fix bugs and issues so I am confused.
You've been on the forums long enough (you're literally on 24h a day, 7 days a week) to know the bug fix related issues are handled by a completely different group than the ones for this game mode
I made a comment a few days ago sarcastically asking when they were adding candy crush into the game. I’m now getting worried they might actually do it.
I’m so glad I’m investing in my roster, just to not use the champions with this new ‘content’ coming out.
I just can't understand why you guys are introducing these new game modes?
Mcoc Poker and Turn based autorun, they take away from the core of MCOC for the last 10-years of building your skill, expanding your roster and these game modes come away from this completely.
I feel like something like this might be a good if the rest of the game wasn't flawed; we still have input issues from 4 years ago you never fixed, an overtuned AI that can skip frames, recover exceptional fast and is still ringing the game. Not to mention the promises to add variety to Batllegrounds, that game mode that hasn't changed since it was released 2 years ago.
How much resources and money went into these modes that could have been put into improving the game? Nobody asked for this, everybody asked for a properly working game
The thought behind it is simple. It goes like this CEO: We need to squeeze more money out of players Random employee: What if we made a **** Flashgame the way we had then 15 years ago CEO: Why would anyone pay to play this ? Random employee: Because people are addicted to this game and will pay real money at he mere thought of rewards . CEO: You think this will work ? Random employee: Who cares ? It would cost us like fifty bucks to and a day to create this **** flash game and we will always get a few thousand suckers to give real money CEO: What if the players hate it ? Random employee: So? It’s not like they would do anything about it. They will whine for a bit and stool fork over the money . And if enough suckers do it we can pull this off every month
The most amazing thing about this is that across all of these threads, I haven’t seen a single comment from anyone that likes this event. Nothing in MCOC is ever this unanimous - just giving away free stuff causes arguments.
The only thing I like about the new modes are the rewards. Besides that, they're not fun, seems like I'm wasting way too much time trying to all get these rewards. The ones who will get the top rewards are the ones who spend an obscene amount of money on the game and have no other life outside of the game
Totally appreciate the information that no human resources were traded to make these modes.. because yes, I'm sure that's what many people were thinking and honestly, while I'm not a fan, I do understand what you're saying about wanting to experiment with new ideas - no hate from me on this
But unfortunately the only feedback I'll be able to provide about the turn based mode is the data that I did not open the mode.. we get the desire to experiment or mix things up, but maybe there's a way to do it that actually involves fighting game content (what mcoc actually has been for 10+ years)? There's a difference between coming up with new ideas within an existing game and well.. adding modes to a game which are a literally a different genre altogether?
