He’s definitely a pain, even as an experienced player I still have trouble with him sometimes, but the challenge is what makes you a better player. Plus there are champs to counter him and ways to get better at responding to his evade, and his sp1 is partially or even fully evadeable if you get good. Just takes some practice
It's pretty much his entire thing. Fighting against evade champs is skill that needs to be learned to advance in the game.
I'd consider a "yes" for one reason and that's because it sucks to fight as an evade champ. You go for that parry, they trigger an evade, and then you take 5 blocked hits instead. Pretty much have to play as them with intercepts only to avoid that.
So I take it everyone of the millions that play this game are MASTERS of evading his L1 and at fighting him anywhere.

Not a master but he can be beat. My strategy is to parry and hit him just twice, then back off, and repeat this as much as I can until I can launch a special.
