Act 4 Difficulty

I have 4* 4/40 magik 4/40 Hyperion 4/40 duped ultron 3/30 hulk and 5* 1/25 ultron. I do not have willpower but I have parry and dexterity. Do you think I could beat act 4?

The Elektra On 4.4.3 with her evading stun is wrecking me tho

The mesmerized node is pretty much just rng, unless you have champ like rogue to reduce the duration. I don't recalled Elektra evading on my first clear.
