Account Issues, Game Center Hack

One of my alliance mates account has been taken over by a childish former member of an affiliated alliance. Kabam or Apple have not been able to help (or wont). Any advice would be greatly appreciated from the community or administrators!

Information:
Has an Apple device
Logged into Game Center

Problem:
Shared Login at some point with the offender (please don't lecture on this I understand it was foolish)
account has been accessed, champs have been sold, and because he was an officer members were kicked.

Attempted Resolution:
contacted kabam recommended changing password
contacted apple reccomended changing password

Current Situation:
Offender still has full access to the account as it apparently is the DEFAULT account on the device he is signed in on, He does not need the password to access the account any longer. Regardless of how many times my member changes passwords, email addresses or apple information!

I need to know how to disengage the offenders device as a default device on an account so that he can no longer log in without the password. There should be a way Kabam can limit which devices log in to their server on a particular device...

As you already know its Unfortunate the way the game is currently designed, you automatically sign in to the last account you were signed into on the device you last used to access that account, if he/she signs out and accesses another account then only then will he/she will not be able to gain access again if the password has changed. My friend lost his phone which has access to his mcoc account and he noticed that who ever had hiis phone was logging into the game every now and then and kicking him off, the chances of said random person playing mcoc on a device they just found is very slim but no one else has his details so it was the only possible reason. He will also need to change the email he uses to sign on to the game as his phone also has direct access to his emails. It is very unfortunate situation, the only way I can see Kabam possibly helping is if they can somehow force a particular account to log in manually when every a password has been changed.

Ok Kabam I hope this is where I can actually get hold of you. I have an accidentally deleted account that is possibly linked to a deleted yahoo email account. Therefore I cannot retrieve it because I can’t get to it to reset the password on my current email. I have several case numbers to which you want a reply but no link to get a reply to you. One agent of yours actually thinks I want this account deleted. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I want it RETRIEVED. Please understand I submitted a new question and have been assigned case # 04575072. I have given you more than enough information and persistence to prove I’m the rightful owner of this account. Thank you for your help with this matter

They should have a way to lock out old devices by having you get 2 unique codes sent to 1st the old e-addy, then the new e-addy that you'd like to associate with said account. That way you'd have to jump through a few hoops that only the original player could do. Having only half the information would put the thief at a disadvantage and then would lock out the old device from said account. There'd still be ways to exploit this, but alas, that's the way of things. Best to never share account info with ANYONE, period. I love my Alliance, and everyone in it. I would never ask for, or share any account information just based on principle. Best of luck rectifying this.
