5* Hawkeye or 5* Gwenpool

I have a 5* Hawkeye at R3. I love him! I was planning to take him up to R4 as my first R4 5*, but I just pulled a 5* Gwenpool. Hawkeye's power drain with bleed combo and synergies with my questing team is great. However, I know Gwenpool is one of the top damage dealers. So, should I take Hawkeye to R4 or take Gwenpool to R3 and then wait until I collect 4 more Skill T4Bs to take one of them up to rank 4?

    I am not in an alliance that collects T4CCs quickly. Plus, I know T2As are a big thing for deciding which to take to R4 in the long run. I am close to being able to take up Hawkeye now, but if I wait it will be awhile before I take either to R4.
