X23 versus immunity nodes

I know X23's abilities grant her Cruelty when facing champs who are bleed immune. Why does it not grant Cruelty when facing champs on immunity nodes?

Good question.

On a regular node:

Bleed-> can't bleed-> becomes cruelty stack


On a debuff immune node the game probably doesn't even see it as a bleed in the first place before it can convert it to a cruelty buff for x23.
