You guys think its possible with any of these champs? If so any team recommendations?The farthest I've ever made it was to Thor Jane Foster but was pretty much dead when I got to her cause of mags.

Rank that Spark, and I think you can get there. Iceman can whittle down Falcon (push him to L2 as often as you can, fully evadeable), GP can take out She-Hulk, IP can be taken with most anyone (just bait often, don't let him have much in the way of power when you trigger his Arc Overload, as he gains power during it, and don't use anyone who Bleeds/DoTs). For Mags, I suggest Spark, as he will deal higher damage per hit, so taking less in the way of Thorns damage via both fewer hits and class advantage. Be aware that Spark will be Magnetized, so do not rely on his Special Evade or Power Drain, as they may not work; this also applies to Poise generation. Hit Mags to get Bane going on him, and watch that timer carefully; play the fight around Bane more than anything. Time specials to make sure that Bane does not transfer to you, etc. If Spark dies, use IceMan, as his Coldsnap and Frostbites can deal damage without Thorns hurting him, and his L1 is all ranged, so no Thorns there either.
For TJF, basically anyone will work. Bait her L1s or L2s, counter-attack.
For KK, no Mystics. You want to push her to her L1, bait it out, counter-attack. Strike her block up to 4 times to build up her power, repeat. May need to block some to bait out a Heavy to counter-attack, or can intercept her, depending on confidence with latter.
I would take in Spark, GP, Iceman, Quake, GR. GR can be used for TJF, as she is stunnable, and he can regen, so a good champ to take her out with without losing health on people more useful for fighting KK. Can also use him for Falcon, as he also won't bleed if you eat an L1, and save Ice's health for KK.

magneto has stun immune, bane, and thorns. it sucks. but aside from the unblockable 1 from Falcon it's the only challenging piece to the boss rush. it's nice enough that they put him as the 4th fight and not the last. he's beatable with a 3* AA. there's many other options you could use also.

And finally completed boss rush with 3 20% revives and 6 lvl 3 health potions.

@Shevvel you can beat Mags even with the thorns if you watch the bane timer carefully. If you aren't good at intercept the easiest way is to hold block and get him to use his heavy hit. Evade and go in for a combo. If he has a bar stop your combo with lots of time left on the bane timer and bait the special. If he doesn't have a bar make sure you stop your combo with enough time to start a new one so that the timer flips while you are in the middle of a combo and you don't degen. It takes a little practice. You might die to thorns depending on the champ you use and how much health they have but if you control the bane you should be able to finish him off with another champ and no potions needed.

Thanks for the advice bro. I completed boss rush with 3 20% single revives. Mags took 2 unfortunately Jane foster took 1.
