    You were perma banned from the start. They just locked you one week to investigate better, I think.

    Only Kabam can say and you could try asking them privately (they won't discuss such things publicly on the forums) but I do know that sometimes they hand out a preliminary ban that gets extended if they discover that the original offense had additional circumstances that qualify for harsher punishment.

    Because of account sharing and maybe the person you shared it with hacked which means you're screwed

    There's a lot of people getting banned lately and always happens when the event quests and or challenges come out
