Considering he's getting a buff tomorrow, its highly unlikely that they nerfed him. They don't nerf Champs without notice.

They stated it in the patch notes. They run a BETA of the changes for a week. You were probably the only one that didn't noticed it.

It's in the Notes. His Passive indicates that he starts with 2 Heat Charges. Can use them up to Regen 5%. Let's just wait and see tomorrow before we get too worked up. He just had a rework that goes live tomorrow.

I would not be surprised in the slightest if Kabam silently nerfed Rulk from the beginning and announced that they would buff him, just to make themselves seem like they are listening to the community.

@Fluffydragon2 hey how about before you start spazzing out in all caps you at least get a clue as to what you are talking about. They absolutely 100% did NOT nerf Red Hulk considering the massive buff he will be getting... and also, yes he still starts with 2 heat charges, except he must be awakened to get them, whereas before he started with 1 and got 1 more from his signature ability. Now they are both from his signature.

I noticed what they did, sort of surprised because it's no big deal either way. It wasn't even worth them taking it out. He's getting a nice buff either way so I'm happy with that. I think they just changed his signature ability to incinerate immune per buff.

I pulled Rulk 4* three days ago, and take him to 3/30 yesterday. Should be a fun part of Team Gamma.
