If he was just as likely to be pulled as the other champs, there should have been tons of screenshots and videos floating around reddit, Line, and YouTube. There was for every other champ but there were none for WW2. There can’t be a 4% chance of an outcome and then have hundreds and hundreds of crystal pulls without it happening.
