Purchased units not showing up

in Bugs and Known Issues
Paid for the Tony Stark briefcase and no Units were added. Anyone know how I can fix this?

    As mentioned above, you will need to contact our support team. You can reach them in game by going to Options and then "Support." From there the team can help investigate the issue for you. Make sure to check your email for a ticket number and a response.
